Redaction before anything else.
The privacy layer goes up before a single row is touched: redact-then-prompt, scoped connections, no-train settings. Same as Module 0 in the room.
Questions answered in the room.
“Would this work on my stack?” gets an answer, including a no. If a cohort fits, that gets said once, at the end.
One artifact on a sample dataset is not a weekend on yours. It shows you the moves; what they do on your own data is a different question.
