Application-only · Twenty-five founders · Always live
Done rebuildingthe same month by hand.
skaai is a school for product-company founders: two days, live, on your own store’s data, building systems you keep.
Skool of Advanced AI
The manifesto
Most founders run the business twice: once for real, and again every time they explain it to another tool.
The subscriptions, the retainers, the chat that forgot the brand voice by morning. None of it ships without them standing over it.
We built skaai for founders done paying for that. They want the machine: a calendar that writes itself, agents that draft and route unprompted, a dashboard that answers on the spot.
Two days, on your own store's data, not a sandbox. By the end of the weekend, the founder is no longer the only one who can ship — the system is.
The tools will keep changing. What you build this weekend does not ask permission to keep working after you close the laptop.
skaai.
What we are
skaai is an application-only school of advanced AI for Indian product-company founders. They are done rebuilding the same month by hand: the calendar, the drafts, the follow-ups, the numbers. In one live weekend on your own store’s data, you build the systems that rebuild it, and you keep them. The market is full of tools that generate output. skaai builds the systems that keep running after the weekend ends.
What we stand on
Three things we refuse to trade away.
- 01
Build, not learn
Leave with the system, not the notes.
A calendar, agents, a workflow, a dashboard. Built on your own data, demoed live in the room, running when you get home.
- 02
Trust as the product
Real data. Live. Yours to keep.
Every session live. Every asset inside a published window. No upsell, ever. A refund honored as written. One price in both currencies. Your business data stays in your accounts.
- 03
Premium restraint as proof
Nothing here counts down.
No timers, no coupons, no invented seat counts. No cohort has run yet, so there is nothing honest to quote.
How the school is built
Twenty-five seats. One weekend. One permanent serial.
Three constraints, stated flatly. Each is a property of running a live room on real data, not a lever we pull.
- The room
25 seats. One lead, two coaches.
A hard cap, one coach for roughly every eight builders. That ratio makes “you will build it live” true for someone who has never coded.
- The cadence
One cohort a month. Application-only.
Numbered Protocols, one a month, rotating across audiences. No countdowns, no invented “three seats left,” no coupons — we read every application.
- The serial
skaai Protocol NN — a record that compounds.
Every cohort carries a permanent two-digit serial that never resets and never repeats. The number says how early you were, and it can't be backdated.
One cohort a month. Apply.
If this is you, the room is open.
Application-only. We read every one and reply fast.
